1. Look up the calendar for the available time (what has already been booked?)
2. Make a draft list of today's tasks (if not done the day before).
3. Mark the first, second, and third priority.
4. Start working on the first priority and finish it.
5. Go to the previously booked meeting(s) and come back (if there are any).
6. Reevaluate the priorities, pick the next task and finish it.
7. Repeat as needed.
